SHIPPING POLICY

Costs: For purchases over $1,000.00 MXN, shipping is free within the Mexican Republic. For products less than $1,000.00 MXN, shipping will have an extra charge of $199.00 MXN.

Shipments are made within approximately 24 - 48 hours after purchase. (If it is not sent, it is due to a suspicious purchase and we will be able to contact you within approximately 72 hours)

Shipping takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on the area. Remember: The packaging time for your purchases is 24 to 48 hours + take into account the shipping time. In the central area, parcels take 1 to 2 business days on average. North Zone 3 to 4 business days and South Zone 4 to 5 business days.
